No mention of alti+scripts directory #8

There doesn't seem to be any mention of where to put scripts in the README.md or anywhere else, so it took me way to long to discover the alti+scripts folder that was created inside the altitude/servers folder.

Updated both README.md and INSTALL.txt to mention this in 050d9be7e0d9a27422dab27debdebbac98d89c11
