Any option to support custom string in listener.ora file ? #262

Add some custom listener parameters like SUBSCRIBE_FOR_NODE_DOWN_EVENT_LISTENER = off ?

I've achieved such functionality creating listener.ora by File resource and adding line to it with File_line from puppetlabs/stdlib module prior to listener start
