Missing 'measure_power_changed' after update to 2.1.13 (from 2.1.12) #27

Hi,

Since the update to 2.1.13, the measure_power_changed card is not available anymore. In Dutch "Het vermogen is veranderd". Flows depending on it, show an exclamation mark. Card missing, ID: measure_power_changed.

Reloading the app manually did not solve the issue.
