SE5000H not connecting #4

Hi,

got a new installation. Energy monitor works fine, connected via LAN cable. Trying to add it to the app on port 1502 and 502, no results. Did I do something wrong?

yes

your device does not respond on both ports, don't use wifi and enable modbus on your device
