can't add my solar edge inverter #92

hello,

i have installed the 'SolarEdge + Growatt TCP modbus' app. I have put in the ip adres and the port number. But I don't get any readings? can you please help me?

I'm using the homey pro and my home installation is a solar edge store edge.

so you did the steps on the 1st page of the forum? and can you check if the ip and port are open?

if all is ok , please send me a diagnostic report.
