Capitalize Andorra's country name #10

The names of the rest of the countries in the list are all capitalized, so it looked jarring to have an exception.

@biessek provided this change looks good to you and you agree merge it, would you be so kind to also push a new tag, so it can be used in pubspec.yaml?
