Consider splitting issuance protocol profile from the VC profile #17

There are two things being profiled in the doc and it may be easier to keep the profiles of the credential format (VCs) seperate from the issuance protocol.

So I actually see these as pretty deeply entwined. A chunk of the OpenID4VCI is the parameters for the VC profile (type, format). And the VC profile doesn't really make sense outside the context of OpenID Connect.

I disagree. We are better off providing clarify in one tech stack as my experience with https://identity.foundation/jwt-vc-presentation-profile/ has shown. If in the future credential type registry emerges, we can use it, but until then it would be clearer to keep these in the same document.
