Update DocStringExtensions #80

@rveltz this is holding back my updating Catalyst docs, which depend on BifurcationKit for a tutorial, as other dependencies have now dropped DocStringExtension v0.8 support. Do you mind updating and making a new release if this doesn't cause any issues?
