Make a new S3 bucket similar to the below in the required region current 

aws-sam-cli-managed-default-samclisourcebucket-xscicpwnc0z3 | US West (Oregon) us-west-2 -- | --

Type in the new s3 bucket name here in resource.ini file "reproduce_storage ="
