Use quartz-all as dependency instead of just core #68

We should include all quartz in case user wants to explore them.

This is especially important when move to quartz-2.2+ since quartz jobs and 
plugins will no longer in core.

Using org.quartz-scheduler:quartz dep is fine. The "quartz-all" is actually a 
old artifact, and they no longer support that.
