Adding my own job as jar file #77

I'd like to add my own job and plugin  as jar file.
Should I modify the pom.xml file in myschedule-web to add dependency of this 
jar file?
If you have better idea, please let me know

You should write your own maven project, the include MySchedule as its own 
dependency. You would first run mvn install on MySchedule first.
