how to insert <br> is not evident #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
seems not possible to inser a <br> inside a list

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should be possible to insert <br /> inside other tags

Please provide any additional information below.
also, ctrl-enter is used in other editors to insert a br
