Check: open context in recording

Ensure end state complies with the following:

• when space is being recorded, doc must be updated.
• on space without context, recording must resume.

Observations:

• when doc.recording == false, contextt.recording == true, doc wins.
• when doc.recording == true, contextt.recording == false, doc wins.

Further thoughts:

• now not so sure whether we should have state changes based on unique assignment to space. perhaps we can start with requiring the user to always signal the intent to record, or consider always recording on context creation, without special handling of opening context on context-less space.

Current behaviour which reliably restores recording state is neither invalid nor inconvenient. Maybe later, we can think about whether restored recording state should be superseded based on heuristics which are well-understood to be better for the user.
