Compound item: removing child element.

Need an interaction spec for this. Cases identified so far:

• compound item active + tracking, user attempts deletion
• compound item active but not tracking, user attempts deletion
• compound item inactive, user attempts deletion

Also closely related to the open questions history tracking, pinning, recall implications when pinning etc.
