Crash in Intro workflow with requestAx #80

Steps to reproduce:

  1. remove accessibility permissions, app should be lunched as first time.
  2. launch Contexter, intro window appeared.
  3. click Next button
  4. click requestAx button, prompt about system preferences appeared
  5. click "Open system preferences" button, system preferences opens
  6. click checkbox for enabling accessibility permissions (here should be minimal time between step 6 and 7 for Crash)
  7. click requestAx button in intro window
  8. crash appears if we click "requestAx" button before it change name to "next"

Expected: no crash
