Marker display edge case: doesn't show if activated app has a font or grammar panel #82

viewport -> contexter window -> viewport results in no marker for viewport.

that wasn't the error condition -- appears with keynote documents the marker is not updated when the viewport is activated. moving the window updates the marker.

the exact cause was that keynote had a font panel open, which became the marker's target when keynote was activated.
