Note, this could make context-juggling on 1 space more difficult / uncomfortable.

Mitigation possibilities:

activate context window automatically when a resource in context has been foregrounded
assist using a multi-context window, necessitating the introduction of a library ui
ignore

Need to try a proto-quality feature.
