This help to detect spelling errors and show them in pull requests. only_warn for don't fails check, but only show errors and make "optional" for contributors to solve them.
Skip translation files that can give many false errors. Ignore words that are variable or code and are not a real spelling error, it is possible other exclusions are needed.
I don't have time to fix all spelling errors detected and add any other exclusion needed, I added this, like I did in other project, to help to start detect spelling errors on PR, if wanted.
