Improvements to the Italian translation #75

This commit contains improvements to the Italian translation for IMSProg_programmer and IMSProg_editor. I have tested it. Please merge it. Thanks!

@giovanni69 , thanks for the great and good work! Before making a merge pull request I want to clarify the following:

  1. In lines 272, 277 the text has become noticeably longer. Does it fit on the form? To check, please run IMSProg and press <ctrl + P> (or in the menu select programmer -> chip info).

  2. In lines 1020, 1037, 1050, 1088, 1141, 1151 the text has also become longer. Is the file name or chip name placed in the statusbar during file and chip operations?
