Add an icon for neetoCode #257

We're bringing in neetoCode to the neeto ecosystem. https://github.com/bigbinary/neeto-code-web/issues/741

We need an app icon for neetoCode for usage on neeto website and neetoAuth dashboard.

@praveen-murali-ind _a Please assign to the right person. This needs to be done before our launch date (Apr 22).

I liked the second option as it has both the symbol for code and neetoCode's 'n'.

@avinashanilkumar _a Please ship option 2 (as suggested by @MazahirHaroon ) above as neetoCode logo in typeface SVGs, and release a new version.
