Improve the bundling process #276

Part of https://github.com/bigbinary/neeto-cal-web/issues/8682

The entire neetoIcons bundle is imported even when a single icon is used.
Update the bundling to similar to neetoUI so that only specific icons are added to the final app bundle.
Add babel transform plugin to transform existing imports to the newer format at build time.
