New library for psm/peptide statistics.

We need to implement a library that give us numbers about the spectra identified and the number of identifications per search engine. This library will allow us trace the changes in the run, results, etc. The following features should be provided:

• [ ] Number of PSMs Target/Decoy in the mzTab/MzidnetML results.

• [ ] Number of Peptides identified in the results: Peptide (SEQUENCE + Modifications)

• [ ] Number of identified spectra and unidentified spectra.

• [ ] Peptide distribution by modification type.

• [ ] Number of PSMs identified by different search engines (identified by 1,2.. all)

• [ ] Number of peptides identified unique by search engines.
