@daichengxin I can't see why the heatmap can't be constructed for the DIA data. If you see the LFQ report, most of those properties can be retrieved for DIA data:
[ ] Knowing the enzyme and the peptide sequence, you can easily compute the number of miss-cleavages.
[ ] For every peptide identification, you can know the charge state.
[ ] Number of missing values and also RT can be retrieve.
We first need to wait for the mzTab that @WangHong007 is producing.
