Order of pmultiqc reports and DDA MS1 TIC #88

In the current pmultiqc after the inclusion of .d Bruker data, we have reports like: http://ftp.pride.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/pride/resources/proteomes/single-cell-expression/PXD023904-U2OS/summarypipeline/multiqc_report.html where the first plots are the MS1 TIC, MS1 BPC, MS1 Peaks, General Stats. I recommend the following:

[ ] Moving all those plots into a new category under pmultiqc called MS1 information: If you see now, these plots are at the top of the report and outside the pmultiqc content list.
[ ] Move the pmultiqc after the summary Table.
[ ] Try to implement the same plots for DDA data.
