We need a tool command that enables to download studies from cBioPortal.

Input:

[x] List all the studies from cBioPortal (https://www.cbioportal.org/webservice.do?cmd=getCancerStudies)
[x] A specific study ID or all to download the corresponding data.

Output:

[x] A VCF/MAF file downloaded to the specific database_cbioportal_vN/
