Add support for NCBI GTF in order to be able to generate protein database from clinVar VCF file. Resources (genes fasta and gtf): ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/refseq/H_sapiens/annotation/GRCh38_latest/refseq_identifiers/
