Create a command that allows to inject spectra into psm or feature tables.

Would be good to create a command that allows to inject into a parquet PSM or Feature files the corresponding spectra from mzml. The idea would be that we can give to the tool, a parquet psm or feature that was previously created without containing the spectra and a folder with all the mzMLs files and the tool will inject into the parquet the spectra from the mzML into the columns:

• mz_array
• mz_intensity
• num_peaks.
