Inmunopeptidomics, quantms and non-enzymatic searches #197

Description of feature

Inmunopeptidomics is one of the use cases that quantms can try to handle in the same way that we are planning to handle Proteogenomics. For Inmunopeptidomics we will need to have the possibility to have not enzymatic digestion for all the steps.

this should be supported already in LFQ and TMT mode
