Description of the bug

Error:

   occurred 631 times
  Search engine OpenMS/ConsensusID_bestfrom IDRun OpenMS/ConsensusID_best_2022-11-20T10:35:57_15327108039715275761_2F1 does not match with the others. You probably do not want to merge the results with this tool. For merging searches with different engines/settings please use ConsensusID or PercolatorAdapter to create a comparable score.

After debugging, it looks like you resumed the job with a newer version of the container. Therefore the merger thinks the results might not be compatible. Please try to rerun the whole dataset.
