[DOC] Link to relevant repos #109

It would be nice to have links to the most relevant repositories and resources related to sdrf-pipelines in the README.md. e.g. to the https://github.com/bigbio/proteomics-metadata-standard repo.

There is already a link to the publication in the Citation paragraph, but nothing else yet. Anything else that would be nice to have a link to despite the proteomics-metadata-standard repo?

I would suggest for now the following relevant links:

the proteomics-metadata-standard
quantms (https://github.com/bigbio/quantms): This is the pipeline (first one) using in production Sdrf as a configuration parameter for data analysis.
PRIDE Datasets (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/pride/archive?keyword=sdrf.tsv&sortDirection=DESC&page=0&pageSize=20) This one probably is interesting because are all the datasets already in PRIDE annotated in sdrf.

What do you think @timosachsenberg @levitsky @jpfeuffer
