Disable PHPCS for auto-generated asset settings file #93

Description

The asset-settings.php file doesn't conform to Big Bite's PHPCS ruleset. But, because it is auto-generated, it is better to prevent it from generating errors in PHPCS, than to over-complicate the process of generating the file to conform to the standard.
