[BBT-60] Revert theme style variations

Description

Fixes #60 reverts style variations

We are removing these for the MVP. This ticket reverts changes that were made in #51

Note: This also reintroduces a console error that happens on the initial UI load where the API is not accessible. Seeing as the fix to this would be 'hacky' in it's current state, decision was made to leave this in here and fix it in a new ticket so as not to adjust the scope of this one.

• Check the style variations are not present in the UI
• Check the app functions correctly
• Note the warning is there in the console
