What is your proposed solution?
The following are required:
LICENSE.md- This should cover the licensing agreement, such as MIT or GPL, etc.CONTRIBUTING.md- These are the guidelines for contributing to Themer.CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md- This addresses policy for working on and with the Themer repository.
