overlapping of scroll bars #57

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I have two div tags and a button,Initially I will show first div only.I have 
defined nice scroll to 1 st div.it is working fine.
2.when I click on the button,first div has to hide and displaying second div.I 
defined nice scroll to second div,it is displaying fine.
3.when I click on button,first div scroll bar is also displaying along with 
second div scroll bar. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
after click on button,first div scroll bar has to hide and display second div 
scroll bar only.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 3.5,windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
