ability to open bbb-playback with npm start #203

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. A clear and concise description of what the problem is. Ex. I'm always frustrated when [...] I want to develop bbb-playback but I'm getting 404 error when I ran npm start. To see the changes what I've worked I have to build it. It will be better if I can see the result while using npm start

Describe the solution you'd like A clear and concise description of what you want to happen. just run npm start and we can see the result. similar with npm start in bigbluebutton-html5

Did you try using nodemon?

The problem with npm start is that the entire playback feature was designed to keep the same full-static strategy the previous playback had. So there's no need to keep a running node process for this feature.

But I understand your frustration. I guess we could even resurrect the old create-react-app scripts for a dev-mode or so.
