fix(tldraw): respect view area width/height + #214

Uses the updated pan&zoom event (https://github.com/bigbluebutton/bigbluebutton/pull/15583) to only show the portion of the slide according to the viewbox
Update tldraw version
Don't allow pan&zoom and hovering/selecting on itens
Hide context menu (right click)
