Blurry slides on firefox #249

Describe the bug Sometimes, the slides are blurry, but on change browser size the image shows correctly.

To Reproduce Seems that only can be reproducible In firefox, the slides are all blurry, not just the first one. Resizing a bit the browser (or opening dev tools) the image loads correctly (but closing dev tools again the image is blurry again).

I think this is related,

The browser downloads the same slide 3 times, one is canceled, the second one downloads 95Kb, the third one downloads 242Kb but looks like served from cache.

confirm same bug with firefox and BBB version 2.7.1 too

Sometimes the high quality slide image can take too long to load so its thumbnail is used as a placeholder. Looks like something changed for Firefox.

I experience the same problem with version 2.7.8. A workaround is to switch slide to fullpage view and then (browser) reload the page.
