chore: Changes for playback with bbb-tldraw #271

PR https://github.com/bigbluebutton/bbb-playback/pull/261 introduced support for recordings made with Tldraw v2 (alpha 18). This PR switches over to @bigbluebutton/tldraw instead of @tldraw/tldraw, and, in doing so, also upgrades it alpha-20.

NB: this requires the fix https://github.com/bigbluebutton/tldraw/pull/7 to have been merged and published.
