Add a "Try again" button when page fails to load #4

We need to implement a better error handling for the webview.

Ideally, if some error happens, a proper message must be displayed, with a "try again" button.

If you get redirected from greenlight via scalelight to BBB and there is an error on the way, you might need a Back button or a restart button to begin from the initial URL.
