Notify Xiaomi MI browser users that the browser is not supported #15098

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Users are not aware that Xiaomi browser does not support voice connection. They get an error when trying to connect a camera or microphone and do not understand what to do

Describe the solution you'd like Immediately after entering the classroom users should be notified that the browser is not supported, with a referral to the Chrome app

Additional context I added "mibrowser" to the minBrowserVersions list, in settings.yml with a version that does not exist but it did not do the trick
