closed captions throwing 409 Error on initiation #19036

Description of the issue I m trying to enable the closed captions feature after joining a newly created conference, but after selecting the english language for closed captions from modal popup, the page breaks and I get a 409 error, screenshot attached below.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. create any new conference
  2. go to conf, click on settings icon and click on "write closed captions" option
  3. Select the language as "english" (any language is fine) from modal popup and wait for around 2 to 3 seconds.
  4. See error

Expected behavior Expected to see working closed caption

Actual behavior page breaks and gives 409 error
