Transcriptions - Jumping to top #19635

Describe the bug When using captioning in 2.7.4 the transcriptions pad always focuses on the first transcription instead of the last. You can not follow the class using the transcriptions pad when in a session.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Enter the audio by selecting a captioning language
  2. Click on CC button to activate the captioning
  3. Open the transcriptions tab
  4. Keep speaking until the pad has filled and then some
  5. You will see the focus shifts to the first caption

Expected behavior The transcriptions should focus on the last transcription or not refresh when scrolling

Actual behavior When continuing to caption the transcriptions focus on the first caption.
