[del] obsolete nginx conf file #302

Hi, I've stumbled upon the verto.nginx file and wondered what is was about, looking at it, it seems obsolete an removed since some years ( from https://github.com/bigbluebutton/bigbluebutton/issues/10908 ) I think we can safely remove it from docker versions too.

Hope the PR gets through :crossed_fingers: :)

If anything, I have no problem about criticism, remarks, in any tone they may come, all is welcome :)
