Help Center migration still broken in 3.2.2 #5710

Release https://github.com/bigbluebutton/greenlight/releases/tag/release-3.2.2 didn't fix the issue https://github.com/bigbluebutton/greenlight/issues/5703 , but indeed even made it worse.
