Administration Settings: Link Input Boxes empty #5783

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Administrator Panel
  2. Go to Site Settings
  3. Open "Administration" tab
  4. All input boxes are empty ("Enter link here"), despite the value being clearly known to the system (See footer in screenshot)

Workaround

Switch to any other tab (Appearance, Settings or Registration) and back. The URLs will now be visible.
