Extension does not overlay Dash to Dock anymore

After the January 2020 update, it does not overlay the Dash to Dock extension when desktop is shown (however it doesn't lose focus). I'm using Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS with GNOME 3.28.2.

Yes, it is (my dash-to-dock hasn't been configured or updated for a while, so I don't think it's the problem)

I too am experiencing this. After the recent update, drop down terminal now lives underneath my dock:

I'm running vanilla Ubuntu, 19.10. I also have intell-hide set to on, and bringing windows close to my dock will hide it

I have tryed to rollback extension to previous versions and got no any changes. Maybe dash-to-dock self-behaviour has changed?

FWIW this issue doesn't occur on Wayland.

Except Wayland won't allow you to put the terminal on the bottom of the screen. Wayland is still a fail for some things I use. Here is hoping it gets better some day.
