Latest 1.5.0 download does not have pwmServlet.properties file #16

Can I just use the one from the 1.4.3 download?

pwmServlet.properties no longer is used.  When you first install and access the 
pwm servlet a web based config manager is available and will create a new 
PwmConfiguration.xml

I've also added a PDF link for the admin guide since google docs seems to be 
having problems.
