PWM v1.5.3 security issue #77

A security issue was recently discovered with several PWM releases.  
Specifically, v1.5.2, v1.5.3, and any interim-builds from v1.5.2 and later.

The issue is resolved as of v1.5.4.

Operators are strongly encouraged to upgrade to the latest PWM release, v1.5.4 
or later.

This issue was reported by: Daniel Bligh <dan at intervextion dot com>.  Much 
thanks to Dan for responsibly reporting this issue.

More details on the issue will be disclosed after 30 days.
