feat: Pushing docker containers by version tag

This PR addresses the issue of enhancing our GitHub Actions workflow to push Docker containers with version tags.

Changes include:

• Modified the Docker build and push step to use the extracted version as the Docker tag.

These changes will ensure that every Docker image built from a release is tagged with the corresponding semantic version, improving our version tracking and rollback capabilities.
