I don't think the replaces comment is accurate. I believe the behavior is intentional. In fact they both are applied in the CSS regardless and if you upload a transparent bg image it actually shows through.
I see what you're saying, but it seems a little odd that when I pick a background color it's applied to every section on the page (minus where the accent color is used). But if I upload a background image, it's selective and doesn't apply to the header/footer.
Either way I agree the language could be changed.
Oh, hmm I guess that is a bit odd...
Would this wording solve the confusion? "Repeating image selectively replaces background color."
Or maybe this: Background Image "Optional (repeating pattern suggested)."
Secondary background Image "Optional (repeating pattern suggested)."
Updated the description language.. should be more clear now.
The description for the background image states 'repeating image replaces background color' -- but I'm still seeing the background color in a few places.
